  • To enter the Business Person of the Year category, please complete the fields below by the deadline date and upload supporting documentation.

    A range of KPIs has been prepared for each category, and Judges will refer to these in evaluating submissions. The information submitted should therefore be as detailed and accurate as possible, so as to enable judges to make a sound decision. The financial data in particular is important, so the more detailed the better. Incomplete data submission will affect your KPI scores. All information submitted will be kept in strictest confidence.

  • Submit an abbreviated copy of your organization’s latest audited financial statements to support year-on-year improvement in:
    · Return on investment
    · Growth in profit margin
    · Earnings per share / share price movement
    · Key financial indicators of business health and growth
  • Submit one-page summary of your organization’s latest audited financial statements. Files must be uploaded in PDF, JPG or PNG format and under 2 MB.

    • Initiatives to mitigate the business/ commercial impact from external factors. Where possible, please quantify the impact/results of these initiatives.
    • List and describe key CSR policies, initiatives and activities promoted or supported by your organization with recognized outcome under your leadership. Implemented Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) / Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) / Social Community Service activities with recognized outcome (i.e. Caring Company). Please quantify impact results where possible. Other CSR contributions must have exerted direct influence over a positive contribution to his / her organization, other affiliating organizations and/or the community.
    • Describe how you have contributed to developing a good corporate governance model (i.e. Independent executive directorship, internal control, risk management; adherence to ESG principles).
    • List and describe how you have exhibited exceptional leadership skills by creating an environment that:
