The information submitted should therefore be as detailed and accurate as possible, so as to enable judges to make a sound decision. The financial data in particular is important, so the more detailed the better. Incomplete data submission will affect your KPI scores. All information submitted will be kept in strictest confidence.

    • Initiatives to mitigate the business/ commercial impact of the pandemic. Where possible, please quantify the impact/results of these initiatives.
    • List and describe key CSR policies, initiatives and activities promoted or supported by your organization with recognised outcome under your leadership. Implemented specific COVID-19 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) / Social Community Service activities with recognised outcome during the pandemic (i.e. Caring Company / Disclosure/ Donation or support towards COVID-19 prevention efforts etc.). Please quantify impact results where possible. Other CSR contributions must have exerted direct influence over a positive contribution to his / her organisation, other affiliating organisations and/or the community.
