每個獎項設有一系列的評審準則,評選團將按照相關準則進行評選。請各候選人填寫詳盡真確的資料,以供評選團參考並作出審慎的決定。財務數據將作為評選的重要準則,請盡量提供相關資料。所提交的資料不完整將會影響評審結果。所有收集的資料將會嚴格保密。

    A range of KPI’s has been prepared for each category, and Judges will refer to these in evaluating submissions. The information submitted should therefore be as detailed and accurate as possible, so as to enable judges to make a sound decision. The financial data in particular is important, so the more detailed the better. Incomplete data submission will affect your KPI scores. All information submitted will be kept in strictest confidence.

  • Describe how you have built brand equity for your organisation and established a loyal customer base through positive perception of your company
  • Demonstrate how your business has earned the trust of key stakeholders; provide evidence of stakeholder endorsement
  • Describe how your business has achieved sustainable growth and scalability through scrupulous operational management, as well as a company culture that encourages innovation, loyalty and retention
  • List and describe company policies around diversity, equal opportunity, social and environmental responsibility
