RULES GOVERNING ALL ENTRIES The performance of a nominated company or a nominated individual during the calendar years of 2007 and 2008 will be taken into account in judging Companies entering must be registered in Hong Kong or Pearl River Delta and individuals entering must be residents of Hong Kong There are no restrictions on the sex, age or race of entrants, except in the Young Entrepreneur category, where an individual must be 40 years of age or under at the date of his/her company financial year end The sponsors and organisers, their employees and families are not eligible to enter for any of the awards In the event of there being a conflict of interests between a judge/judges and a nominated person/company, the said judge/judges will absent himself/herself/themselves from the judging process
